*Please note that business days refer to weekdays (Monday - Friday)! Our local post office does NOT process orders over the weekend*

What shipping methods does Super Store offer?

Currently, we offer three shipping options: Free Shipping, First Class, and Priority. 

• Free Shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after shipping
  
• First Class can take anywhere from 3-7 business days after shipping
• Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-4 business days after shipping

We cannot always give an exact estimate on shipping times because there are many factors that go into shipping: processing times, weather, location, etc. 

If your package has shipped but hasn't arrived by the latest promised delivery date (not including exceptions from the carrier), don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us, and we'll make things right! 

What do you mean by "processing" and "shipping?"

When we say "processing," we are referring to the timeframe where your order is being picked and packaged by us. "Shipped" means that your label has been created and that your order has been dropped off. At this point, you will receive an email with all of your necessary tracking information, so you can follow your order through its journey. Please note that it takes time to scan your order into their system.
